Role Overview We’re seeking aSenior Media Buyerto own high-impact, performance-driven digital media programs for gaming clients operating in highly competitive, fast-moving markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, requiring someone who can independently manage significant budgets, push platforms beyond standard playbooks, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You’ll have full ownership of media strategy and performance, with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale what works. What You’ll Own Account & Client Leadership: Act as the primary media lead and strategic advisor for clients, shaping platform strategy, performance priorities, and growth roadmaps Performance & Spend Ownership: Own pacing, budget allocation, optimization, and ROI across large-scale paid media programs with accountability to business outcomes Channel Strategy & Execution: Lead hands‑on execution across paid social, search, programmatic, and biddable platforms with an emphasis on lower‑funnel performance Testing & Innovation: Drive experimentation across new platforms, betas, formats, bidding strategies, and audience approaches to unlock incremental scale Creative Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and evolution of performance-driven creative strategy across accounts, partnering with design to drive iteration, testing, and creative insights that unlock scale Performance Storytelling: Translate complex performance data into clear insights. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive, data-driven media strategies aligned to client goals, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints Execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end, including launch, pacing, real-time optimization, troubleshooting, and scaling Build precise media plans covering platform selection, audience targeting, creative strategy, and budget allocation Rigorously monitor performance, identify inefficiencies or opportunities, and implement data-backed optimizations Design and execute structured testing roadmaps, using performance results to inform strategy and investment decisions Proactively surface insights and recommendations that go beyond reporting to drive meaningful growth Required Experience & SkillsExperience 5+ years of media agency or platform experience Experience in gaming, sports betting, or interactive entertainment (or a demonstrated passion and deep familiarity with the space) Proven hands‑on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Programmatic, and other platforms Experience managing large budgets with direct accountability to ROI and efficiency Skills Strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities in paid media and the ability to integrate new tools into workflows to create competitive advantage Deep understanding of performance marketing and lower-funnel acquisition strategies Strong analytical fluency with the ability to translate data into clear actions and strategy Comfort operating in fast-paced, highly competitive, and regulated environments Clear, confident communicator capable of influencing both clients and internal stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
