What You'll Be Doing Partner with the Arrow sales teams in local branches across your assigned region in pre‑and post‑sales activities. Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA‑based designs to promote demand creation. Work with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their design requirements at both a system and component level. Attend supplier trainings in‑person and via conference calls. Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs. Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products and help market these products to the appropriate customers. Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progress toward initiatives. Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel in assigned region. Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews. Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars. Prepare and give sales presentations to customers. Meet with customers both on‑site and virtually. Work independently; receive minimal guidance. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Quickly build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and the Arrow sales team. Represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement. This job profile requires assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of On‑Target Earnings will be variable and tied to specific sales‑related goals as set forth by Arrow. What We're Looking For 5+ years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Must have experience designing with FPGA's (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc.).
