We are seeking committed, skilled, and customer‑focused individuals to join our winning team as Manager, Clinical Data Manager in our clinical data management department. Key Accountabilities Manage clinical trial programs/projects from one or multiple clients, providing day‑to‑day technical and operational leadership to project teams. Manage client accounts and perform client relationship management. Act as a technical and operational leader for individual trials or a program of trials, leading data management teams and delivering quality data management deliverables. Mentor and develop staff and team members, reviewing deliverables and providing feedback to ensure quality delivery. Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, performance reviews, and staff evaluations. Participate in budget planning, tracking, and reporting; develop and manage resource plans and control resource utilization. Integrate clinical data management operations with other functional service teams to achieve corporate objectives and optimize productivity. Perform competitive benchmarking of clinical data operations to ensure best‑in‑class techniques and procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of governing documents in line with industry best practices for CRF design, database definition, data processing, and management. Help investigate, establish, and implement new and advanced systems, standards, and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Participate in organization development and growth by contributing to the interview and evaluation process for job candidates. Assist in business development activities such as providing cost estimates for data management services, generating project proposals, participating in bid defense meetings, and attending professional trade shows when required. Qualifications and Experience B.Sc. or higher in Biological Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or Mathematics. Eleven (11) years of related experience. Comprehensive knowledge of systems, programs, and operations required to collect, store, QC, and process clinical data. Demonstrated ability to manage medical information and coordinate activities of information processing personnel. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with personnel at all professional levels. Experience contributing to the investigation and implementation of new systems. Leadership in developing and implementing new standards and procedures to improve the data management process. Preferred: participation in corporate efforts to establish and implement new systems and standards.
