This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic TA professional to join an innovative and forward-looking team driven by meaningful partnerships & experiences. What You Will Do Lead full cycle recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers across CC&L FG and our affiliates globally to identify and select the best candidates to join the organization Establish effective sourcing strategies to support hiring needs through various mediums (I.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, etc.) Establish & foster strong stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organization Ensure optimal hiring manager experiences by considering regular feedback, and maintaining frequent communication Maintain adequate performance through regular tracking & review of TA metrics Ensure consistency and accuracy of TA data Partner with the team to continuously optimize processes and drive improvements throughout the hiring lifecycle Partner with the leadership team & the broader HR team on ongoing initiatives Foster a growth mindset by focusing on continuous development and staying up to date on industry best practices/standards What You Bring 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles varying in level; experience working in a matrixed organization an asset Experience with various methods of sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other TA platforms to support hiring initiatives; ATS implementation experience an asset Experience and comfort working in a data-driven environment Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) Solutions-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency & adaptability Strong relationship building skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills A team mentality with openness to collaboration and receiving and providing feedback Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week – this role requires 3 days/week working in our Vancouver office. Thesalary rangefor this positionis $80,000 to $100,000. The salary rangeprovidedreflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.
