Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (CSM / FSO)Contract Type: Freelance (Remote)Duration: 12 months Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) to lead solution design and delivery for a large-scale transformation programme. This is a fully remote, 12-month freelance contract. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across CSM and FSO modules Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Define platform architecture, data models, integrations, and best practices Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure quality of deliverables Oversee integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware) Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect (5+ years on platform) Deep expertise in CSM and FSO modules Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, integration hubs) ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-CSM; FSO preferred) Experience working in regulated environments (financial services preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
