Increase sales: target 20‑25 customers each week and record visit details in the company’s CRM daily. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service and follow through to ensure sales growth. Prepare for, attend and follow up after food shows, district sales meetings and item placement meetings; attention to detail and follow‑through are critical for this aspect of the role. Complete daily reports in the CRM that demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a high level of commitment to manufacturers. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required; preferably experience in entrepreneurship, business or marketing. Minimum of 2 years of foodservice sales experience; preferably with a food distributor or broker. Candidates with hospitality management and serving experience may also be considered. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships that exemplify our high standard of customer service. Positive, professional, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to produce quality reporting and status updates to leadership and key personnel. Proficiency with web‑based sales software/CRM and MS Office required. High energy, motivated, and assertive self‑starter who can work independently and contribute to the team on a remote basis. Innovative planning and follow‑through skills to execute a well‑developed sales plan. Excellent time‑management skills to meet sales goals; ensuring at least 25 quality end‑user sales calls each week. Commitment to integrity and honesty in all job functions, as this is a remote role working independently on the road each day. Working Conditions Position is full‑time and primarily performed in an office environment. Requires prolonged sitting, telephone use, data entry on a computer, and occasional lifting up to 5 kilograms.
