Acting as a central link between Sales, Vendors, Service, Finance, and Logistics, this role supports operational accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience. Process deals, placing vendor orders, preparing sales and shipping documentation, coordinating inventory and deliveries, completing invoicing and costing, and supporting payment workflows. Complete full deal close‑out and ensure documentation is audit‑ready. Manage shared inbox: triage inquiries, assign tasks, and follow up.
