Today, we are entering an exciting new chapter through a multi-million-dollar Foundry Modernization & Expansion Program, introducing new automated equipment, ERP upgrades, and facility improvements. As we continue this period of growth, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team. This role oversees Wabi’s financial operations and supports the multi-phase modernization and expansion program, working closely with operations, engineering, lenders, and customers to ensure continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting, reporting, and financial controls Oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial statements Support capital projects and modernization initiatives Partner with operations on cost accounting and performance Liaise with lenders, auditors, and advisors Lead and develop the finance team Qualifications CPA designation required 5+ years of finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors Experience with cost accounting, capital projects, and ERP systems Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, project-driven environment What We Offer $120,000 – $170,000 salary plus bonus and benefits Leadership role in a $15M+ foundry modernization program Strategic influence during major company expansion A 120-year-old industrial leader entering a new era of growth A collaborative environment where your leadership has visible impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
