This role is responsible for the development and execution of effective, impactful marketing campaigns for The Shoe Co. and DSW in Canada. The scope of the role spans two key areas: Brand Strategy and Seasonal Campaign Strategy. For Brand Strategy, the role brings a thoughtful, data‑informed strategic point of view to key brand, messaging, and business initiatives, leading initiatives from strategy through execution. For Seasonal Campaign Strategy, the role is responsible for gathering and synthesizing inputs and data from internal and external partners, translating insights into integrated marketing strategies, and leading cross‑functional execution to ensure seamless, customer‑facing implementation. This position will be in Toronto office 1 day a week Reports to: Senior Director Marketing Strategy Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Seasonal Marketing/Campaign Planning: Lead marketing and competitive post‑campaign analysis to measure performance and extract key insights and actionable learnings to inform future campaigns. Translate business strategies into integrated seasonal marketing plans and innovative customer experiences that drive brand awareness and engagement. Partner closely with the Creative team to brief marketing, brand, and campaign initiatives, leading the creative development process and ensuring asset alignment with brand standards. Channel Cohesion Process Management: Cascade seasonal strategies to key stakeholders, including channel partners, to drive cohesive channel plans that support campaign objectives. Lead execution of brand and campaign initiatives, overseeing development with Creative and channel partners to ensure the campaign vision is delivered consistently across all channels. Content Creation/Photoshoot Management: Lead content creation planning and execution across both banner brands in partnership with Creative and Product Marketing, managing production budgets and coordinating internal and external partners. Required Skills: Proven team leadership skills Strong balance of strategic planning and hands‑on marketing execution, with expertise across relevant marketing channels Experience managing internal cross‑functional partners and external vendors, including agencies and production partners Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously Retail and/or CPG industry experience Min. 5-7 years of experience in a managerial marketing role Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field Pay: $90,000 to 115,000 per year.
