Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role within Leyad’s finance team, leading financial analysis, investment underwriting, and portfolio performance reporting across the company’s real estate assets. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in real estate modeling, financial forecasting, and investment analysis. In this role you will support acquisitions, asset management, and financing decisions through detailed cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities Lead financial analysis and reporting across the company’s real estate portfolio, including debt structures, investment performance, and asset-level returns Build, maintain, and review advanced financial models using ARGUS Enterprise for valuations, leasing assumptions, and cash flow projections Perform investment underwriting, including IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling for acquisitions and dispositions Analyze financing structures, including mortgage debt, credit facilities, refinancing opportunities, and covenant compliance Support acquisition and disposition processes through detailed financial due diligence and valuation analysis Prepare executive-level reports, investment summaries, and portfolio performance dashboards Collaborate with asset management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and assumptions Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, cap rates, and macroeconomic indicators impacting portfolio performance Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial models and reporting outputs Support lender and investor communications with financial analysis and documentation as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate investment, or corporate finance Strong expertise in real estate valuation, DCF modeling, and investment underwriting Solid understanding of real estate capital markets, debt structuring, and asset management principles Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (acquisitions, asset management, accounting, lenders) Why Join Leyad At Leyad, you’ll join a collaborative and high-performing team that values integrity, innovation, and long-term thinking.
