This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly to global leadership, with the opportunity to build the Canadian business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the Canadian sales strategy Grow existing retail partnerships with major national accounts Expand SKU listings and improve in-store execution Build a scalable direct + distributor route-to-market model Open new channels, including regional retail and wholesale Partner closely with global HQ leadership Help build the local team and infrastructure over time Ideal Candidate 8+ years of CPG/FMCG sales leadership experience Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape Experience with Walmart, Costco, Loblaw, Sobeys, Dollarama, or similar accounts Proven success growing accounts and opening new channelsFood, snack, or confectionery experience preferred Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building in a high-growth environment You’ll receive: Up to $320k CAD (~$233 USD) + Bonus + Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
