Operational Management: Manage the scheduling of work orders using our integrated management software and standardize production shutdown planning. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Leadership and Innovation: Act as a true business partner to various departments, championing innovative ideas and proactively implementing them to optimize processes. Qualifications Solid experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a planning role. Project Management: Ability to structure, lead, and track complex plans while managing priorities. Analytical Thinking: Skill in analyzing performance data to draw relevant insights and propose solutions. Agility: Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment and manage unforeseen events.
