It has built a durable, loyal customer base over decades through reliability, responsiveness, and the ability to execute in a fast-moving, margin-sensitive environment.The business is now entering its next phase, with a clear focus on strengthening its leadership bench, elevating its commercial capabilities, and driving disciplined, profitable growth.The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the President, with full ownership of the commercial function, spanning sales leadership, pricing, customer strategy, and alignment with supply.This is not a traditional head of sales position. It is a true commercial leadership role with visibility and influence across the business.You will play a central role in shaping how the company goes to market, how it drives margin and profitability, and how it evolves its commercial discipline.
