Our marketing focuses on brand consistency, community engagement, and practical programs that support franchise partners. The Role The Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for executing Oodle Noodle’s marketing and brand initiatives across all locations. This is the primary marketing role in the organization, focused on implementation, coordination, and day‑to‑day execution of established strategies. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership, support franchisees, and ensure the brand is represented consistently across all channels. What You’ll Do Execute system‑wide marketing campaigns, promotions, and limited‑time offers. Manage day‑to‑day social media content and engagement. Create and coordinate marketing materials such as in‑store signage, digital assets, and social content. Support franchisees with approved marketing tools and brand standards. Conduct regular store visits to assess marketing needs and gaps, develop tailored action plans with franchisees and operations. Assist with implementation of SOPs, promotions, and new product rollouts. Coordinate marketing support for new store openings and promotions. Assist with community partnerships and local initiatives. Track basic performance metrics and keep marketing calendars and assets organized. What We’re Looking For A solid foundation in marketing, branding, or communications. Comfortable executing campaigns and managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to foster strong working relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Experience with social media platforms and basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar). Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work hands‑on.
