CAMH Education at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full‑time, contract (1 year) Project Coordinator – Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with experience applying AI‑enabled tools to enhance digital learning systems, workflows, and learner experience. This role will support the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital learning experiences for health care professionals, the public, patients and families, and other diverse audiences. Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager of Digital Innovation, the LMS Admin will manage users, configure courses, and tailor the learning environment for partners and collaborators accessing the CAMH Global Learning Academy on Docebo. They will ensure learners are assigned to customized pathways and personalized learning experiences, support accessible, effective, and AI‑enabled learning across the platform, and provide technical support, troubleshooting, reporting, and data‑driven recommendations to improve LMS effectiveness. Leverage AI‑enabled tools within the LMS to support course administration, learner engagement, analytics, and reporting. Support the ethical and responsible use of AI in digital learning environments, including privacy, accessibility, and data governance considerations. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate AI‑supported workflows into course development and delivery. Monitor emerging AI features and updates within the LMS and related learning technologies, assessing their applicability to educational use cases. The LMS Admin will also work closely with UI/UX designers and Learning Experience Designers to ensure intuitive, user‑friendly, and accessible learning pathways; configure assessment tools (quizzes, surveys) and create learning objects in multiple formats including HTML5 and SCORM; upload and organize training content; maintain documentation, develop training materials and user guides; and deliver sessions to educate users on LMS functionalities and best practices. They will be open to learning new AI capabilities and supporting rapid implementation and innovation. This position is located at 1025 Queen Street West. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field and at least three years’ experience supporting the development and delivery of e‑learning and web‑based learning resources. Proficiency with Docebo and e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate RISE and Storyline is required. Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their application in online education, front‑end web development (HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap), content management systems, cloud‑based storage platforms (OneDrive, Dropbox), screen‑recording tools (Camtasia), backend programming languages (PHP), database management (SQL, NoSQL), and APIs is required or strongly preferred. Understanding of SCORM, WCAG 2.1 guidelines, UI/UX principles, xAPI, LRS, project management tools (Trello, Asana), and SharePoint is an asset. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.
