The majority of the role involves building automation systems that replace manual processes and improve scalability in high-volume environments. The majority of the role will involve Python-based development, including building and enhancing scripts, APIs, and backend components. They will be working with AWS cloud services, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging systems (SQS/Kafka) to support distributed workflows. The remaining amount will include collaborating with engineering and operations teams, troubleshooting automation pipelines, and contributing to modernization initiatives within the broader trading technology ecosystem.
