That philosophy applies to how we build our product and how we run our company.We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a small, high-impact full-stack team within our 11-person and growing engineering organization. You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering and work closely with the product team to ship features that matter.This is a player-coach role.
