Responsibilities Ensuring our brand and messaging is consistent across global markets, owned channels and activities and driving brand familiarity, reach, awareness and tangible revenue opportunities for the business in Canada Developing marketing messaging for the MiQ Canada product suite in collaboration with Product Marketing Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver thought leadership collateral that supports the business commercially, and make MiQ easier to buy and to understand to brands, agencies, and partners Planning and owning internal and external MiQ owned and sponsored events Working with Commercial teams to maximize client engagement opportunities in all formats (i.e. emails, feedback sessions, client events, etc.) Scoping new commercial relationships with media and vertical associations and keeping on top of what’s hot in the industry Planning and collaborating with internal leaders and clients to draft and submit award proposals to amplify MiQ Canada’s name within the industry Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and other editorial materials to key Canadian trade publications in collaboration with Global PR Lead Define, track, and report on marketing ROI across channels and segments to feed into future campaign planning Establishing and maintaining SOPs for key marketing functions in collaboration and alignment with Marketing team members and stakeholders Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and solutions that help us improve client experience What will make you successful in this role This is a key role for our team, and we are looking for someone who has managed and developed branding initiatives as well as led event strategy in Canada Having worked in B2B marketing (managed service is a bonus!) is key to understanding our sales model quickly so you can make an impact Having exposure to digital media or the ad‑tech space will help you ramp up faster in this role. This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,000- $120,000 . This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures. Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
