Housekeeping Manager – 3rd Shift Overnight (9pm‑7am) IBS is actively looking for a Hands‑On Housekeeping Manager with proven experience managing janitorial operations. Salary $68,000–$70,000 per year, plus car allowance, company cell phone, laptop, and standard benefits. Responsibilities Oversee the night janitorial operations. Willing to work weekends (must). Participate in planning and budgeting; manage regional budget with corporate team. Control overhead expenses within the region. Implement cost‑reduction and profit‑enhancing strategies. Ensure service delivery meets quality objectives and contractual requirements. Lead ongoing process‑improvement efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality. Maintain customer relations, both current and prospective. Support business development within the region including new account acquisition and retention initiatives. Leverage existing relationships for new business opportunities. Develop management team for continuous professional growth. Ensure the region follows and adheres to established company policies; timely follow‑up on phone, email, text (≤ 2 h). Ensure hiring, promotion, termination policies are followed. Ensure job inspections are performed and deficiencies corrected. Ensure timekeeping is completed daily and payroll submitted timely. Ensure purchasing of supplies, equipment, and inventory meets contractual requirements. Maintain constant contact with the regional Vice President. Work weekends as required. Local/national travel to client locations (overnight may be required). Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base. Develop professional customer relationships (in person and over phone). Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3–7 years managing a janitorial operation. Excellent written and verbal communication. Capability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, collaborate, and solve problems creatively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with employees and other departments proactively. Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
