As Senior Data & Trust Manager, you will ensure all TAC data initiatives meet rigorous privacy, security, and ethical standards. You will advise and guide the business on privacy, data, AI, and governance considerations, conduct impact assessments, and develop processes and frameworks that support best practices in data governance and risk management. What you’ll do Support TAC business units on strategic initiatives to deploy data and technology responsibly and ethically. Educate and advise on new or existing data uses and ethical technologies. Lead innovative strategies to de‑risk activities and address privacy, compliance, AI, and data governance concerns. Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and implement technology solutions and ensure adherence to the Trust Model. Lead the development and implementation of processes, frameworks, technology requirements and testing protocols that standardize best practices. Identify, quantify, and promptly address data risks, recommending effective mitigating controls. Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on the mission. Qualifications Min. 5 years experience in data ethics, AI, data governance, privacy or data protection. Experience building and operationalizing programs related to privacy, AI laws, data ethics, and data protection. Strong knowledge of privacy laws, regulatory guidance, and data ethics. Demonstrated track record of measurable outcomes and risk mitigation in complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to make decisions in ambiguous, fluid environments. Certified IAPP or willingness to obtain within 6 months. Great‑to‑ho Bilingual in English and French. Legal background or experience. Experience in a large, matrixed organization. Benefits Salary range: $86,000–$136,000. Performance bonus or sales incentive plan: 15%.
