This role is ideal forsomeone who understands gardening work, can train and hold employeesaccountable, and enjoys talking with clients, and can confidently turnon-site observations into approved enhancement jobs.The focus is on client interaction, revenue growth throughenhancements, and maintaining high service standards in the field.What You’ll DoKickstart crews each morning and supportthem throughout the dayBe present in the field, supporting crewsand maintaining high service quality.
