Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and engage high-performing candidates (“A-players”). This role requires a strong focus on relationship-building, external engagement, and strategic sourcing to support ongoing hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to engage with potential candidates Represent the organization professionally at external events and build employer brand presence Organize and host recruitment events, information sessions, and hiring initiatives Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems Networking and relationship-building Proactive sourcing and outreach Professional representation and communication Organizational and event coordination skills Results-oriented mindset Core Values A special note before you apply: We are replacing hierarchy with self-managed teams where authority is distributed instead of centralized.
