As Experience Manager, you will actively participate in leading Club Management department meetings to create alignment around key business objectives, opportunities, and Club events. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a primary point of contact in coaching, managing and motivating your team to serve our members through Movati’s above‑and‑beyond service model.We live a Servant Leadership mentality and it all starts with our people. As a leader, overseeing effective training and orientation sessions will be important in establishing and maintaining culture as well as service standards specific to the Movati brand.Annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 + Bonus EligibilityThe compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.Qualifications We know the experience we’re looking for can come from a wide range of industries so we’re looking for the following:5+ years of Customer Service experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer, client or member experienceSales experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through motivation, inspiration, and accountabilityDemonstrated leadership and people management experience.
