CE POSTE T'INTERPELLE ? FAIS PARTIE DE L’AVENTURE ! We’re looking for a Process Performance Consultant to turn technical expertise into measurable impact for our clients and their operations. As a Process Performance Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery, working closely with the Technical Team Lead and Project Manager. You will combine technical excellence with economic and human impact, ensuring projects bring lasting value to our clients. With a great capacity of autonomy, you will be the main actor in the project delivery, working in team with other consultant in larger projects. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct studies and audits to assess opportunities for energy and economic improvements of a process, equipment or site along with the solutions to achieve them. Design, configure, test, and commission advanced control strategies and process solutions. Control loop optimization and process / process control issues troubleshooting. Design, configure and test dynamic high fidelity process simulations (Digital Twin). Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions. Train and mentor both colleagues and clients. Prepare technical reports and present results to clients. IS THIS YOU? LET’S TALK. You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, or equivalent). You hold a master's degree in process control, chemical or energy engineering, a plus. You bring 3-8 years of engineering experience related to the role. You demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in industrial process and process control. You have a solid understanding of DCS or PLC configuration (a strong asset). You have a solid experience in commissioning as well as in energy study/evaluation or E.M.S. (a strong asset). You are registered as an engineer at the OIQ (or possibility to quickly be registered). You are available to travel outside Montreal (including the U.S. and Europe) and eligible to travel for business in the United States. Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role, along with a strong command of spoken and written French. These language skills are required, as our internal and external communications involve stakeholders who operate in both languages on a daily basis.
