Position Overview The Director of Telematic Sales will lead and scale our North American sales division, playing a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our business and driving revenue growth in North America. We’re looking for people who are curious about or fluid with AI, open to change, and excited to learn how technology can improve the way we work and help our customers, supported by strong human insight and communication. Key Responsibilities Execute a pre-defined sales strategy to drive revenue growth across North America. Align regional sales plans with business objectives in partnership with the CSO. Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategic direction. Leverage experience in high-growth sales environments to scale operations effectively. Sales Management & Revenue Growth Drive ambitious sales targets through pipeline management and performance tracking. Lead cross-selling strategies across new and existing accounts to drive consistent revenue growth. Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies. Team Development Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams with a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement. Implement structured onboarding, training, and development programs tailored to high-growth sales environments. Reporting & Business Planning Provide regular updates on strategic initiatives and team performance. Contribute to leadership discussions to support long-term business planning and organisational success. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience of working within a private equity-backed business (desirable), including exposure to challenging growth targets, rigorous performance metrics, and board-level stakeholder engagement. Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth by leveraging experience in selling to SMBs, ideally within a subscription-based business model. Strong financial oversight with a disciplined approach to budgeting. Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, and talent development. Able to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A strong communicator with excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills. Skilled at building trust and alignment across stakeholders at all organisational levels. Adaptable under pressure with a focus on execution and results. Open to feedback and committed to continuous development. Proficient in Salesforce and related sales/productivity tools. Exceptional communication skills, business acumen and a results driven mindset.
