Your future role As the Control Engineering Domain Leader for the Saint‑Bruno‑de‑Montarville site, you will lead the technical execution of control architecture for rolling‑stock projects. Working closely with vehicle engineering, software development, and testing teams, you will manage resources, oversee subsystem functional integration, define vehicle and subsystem software specifications, and drive verification and testing activities. Responsibilities Maintain team capacity within ±10% of projected workload. Ensure adequate staffing and skill alignment for project needs. Apply standard tools and processes effectively across the team. Guarantee zero missing Return on Experience (REX) between projects. Deploy and apply domain‑specific processes, methodologies, and tools. Support development of competencies and technical leadership within the team. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Control Engineering. Experience or knowledge of control systems, preferably in railway or industrial applications. Understanding of functional architecture descriptions, FMEA, and interface control documents. Familiarity with embedded software development and verification. Certification in railway systems, automation, or embedded software (preferred). Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to monitor and apply evolving standards and regulations.
