These roles span several project types, including new commercial construction, ICI work involving industrial and institutional retrofits, and P3 projects.Opportunity 1: Concord – New Commercial Projects A busy commercial focused electrical contractor in the Concord, Ontario area is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage medium-sized projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong technical with proven experience delivering projects in the $5M electrical range, including coordination of power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm integration, and site services on new build commercial developments. You will be responsible for full project lifecycle management.Opportunity 2: East Mississauga – Retrofits Projects An Electrical Project Manager oversees commercial electrical projects ranging from $500K to $5M+, leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of labour, materials, and equipment to keep projects on track. You will oversee installation of systems such as power distribution, ULC‑S524 fire alarm, PA/intercom, sports lighting and other major lighting packages.Opportunity 3: East Oakville – P3 and IPD Projects A leading electrical contractor in the East Oakville / Mississauga area, known for delivering high-profile P3, Design‑Assist, and IPD projects, is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to their team. Projects are primarily across the GTA with a focus on commercial, institutional, and P3 new builds.
