The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, submissions and/or provide QS support for building works projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports). Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations. Support tender coordination and submission. Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims). Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders. Develop QS skills in tendering and project management. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. 2-4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
