We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization. This contract runs until October 31, 2026, with a strong possibility of extension, and follows a hybrid work model (1 day onsite per week plus every fourth Friday).This role involves leading people change management workstreams, driving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting enterprise-wide transitions, including migration to cloud-based data services and enhancement of internal tools. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working within data and technology-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead People Change Management (PCM) activities across multiple transformation initiativesAssess change impacts and define change strategies, plans, and workstreamsSupport enterprise transition from on-premises to cloud-based data servicesContribute to enhancements of internal tools (e.g., JIRA-based intake platforms)Develop and execute communication strategies, including presentations, FAQs, articles, and multimedia contentCollaborate with project teams, training teams, and stakeholders to align change, communication, and training plansBuild strong relationships across business units and facilitate stakeholder engagementDrive adoption, user readiness, and behavioral change to support successful transformation outcomesMust-Have Requirements5+ years of experience in Change Management / Consulting rolesExperience supporting data, records, or technology-driven initiativesChange Management certification (e.g., Prosci)Strong proficiency with MS Office SuiteExcellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly contentStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience within financial services / large enterprise environmentsFrench language skills (for bilingual communication support)#J-18808-Ljbffr
