Human Resources Administrator @ BFG Enterprise Services | Advanced Diploma Role: Responsible for the installation and maintenance of communications hardware and networks in retail environments, including data, POS, and PC systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Interpret and manage work orders, drawings, and specifications. Perform site inspections. Assemble and set up tools, materials, and equipment. Test peripherals, hardware, and software to ensure proper functioning. Install network and peripheral hardware (servers, switches, RF, POS, wireless, printers). Test, review, and troubleshoot installed systems. Travel to customer sites within assigned geographic areas. Perform work on day/night shifts. Install cable supports and manage cabling (UTP, coaxial, fiber optic). Provide work logs and reports. Liaise with customers and store staff regarding installations. Occupational Requirements: Technical Requirements: Experience with Network/POS/PC systems preferred. Experience with retail communication networks and infrastructure equipment. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Proficient in computer networking and basic computer skills. Valid Class G driver’s license and own vehicle. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Personal Requirements: Willingness to perform shifts, weekends, on-call, and overtime. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Willingness to travel extensively across Canada.
