Position Associate Producer, CG Responsibilities Partner with Producer to oversee and manage the production plan – including schedules, budgets, and all deliverables in collaboration with the VP of Production to facilitate delivery on the creative vision of the series. Identify and implement the production resources & strategies necessary to support the project in collaboration with the Producer, Development and Technical teams. Support the Producer in managing the script process including clearances, script meetings, delivery, and related budget. Manage voice records and VR budget, including casting. Collaborate with the Producer to understand Cost Reports and budget tracking on the project; attend Cost Report meetings with Finance and Production. Generate contracts for crew & outside vendors. Co‑operate with the Producer and Artist Management on Crew Planning and budget implications. Attend meetings with key supervisors to review progress on production schedule and budget. Work with the Production Manager to seek proactive solutions to potential production problems identified by the PM & coordination team. Ensure data is collected and evaluated against project assumptions on an ongoing basis. Participate in interviews and the hiring process as needed, to support Supervisors in hiring talent. Oversee the production’s progress, review reports, and flag any issues to the Producer. Ensure all production work meets studio standards and is completed within the established deadlines; directly manage and organize departments as assigned and supervise the Production Coordinators for those departments. Support Production Manager in monitoring crew attendance and vacation requests. Provide additional support to Producer and Production Manager as needed. Required Qualifications Solid experience as a Production Manager for CG or 2D animated episodic productions, ideally with knowledge in pre‑production and production. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with Artists & Creatives on priorities and timelines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead and work well with a diverse creative team. Driven, innovative, strategic, and solution‑focused. Nice to Have Experience dealing with clients. Experience leading projects with medium and large crew sizes. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a related field. Pay $1900 - $2050 CAD per week based on a 40‑hour work week.
