To learn more about Guardian, visit JOB STATEMENT: We are hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Charles River Development (OMS/PMS) and asset management systems to support and evolve our core investment platform. The ideal candidate combines deep investment management knowledge, hands‑on technical expertise (SQL), and the ability to work closely with business and technology teams in a long‑term, strategic capacity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Business & Functional Analysis Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and workflows Translate investment and operational needs into system enhancements and configuration changes Act as a subject matter expert for supported platforms Provide day‑to‑day and strategic support for Charles River Development (CRD): Order management, portfolio management, compliance, and trading workflows Security setup, benchmarks, restrictions, and guidelines Support upgrades, release testing, and vendor‑led enhancements Troubleshoot production issues and lead root‑cause analysis Eagle /accounting system experience (preferred) Support and analyze data flows and processes within Eagle Security master, pricing, corporate actions, and reference data Work with downstream and upstream systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity Technical & Data Analysis Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues and support reporting Support integrations, data mappings, and interface validation Participate in UAT and production validation Process Improvement & Documentation Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, workflows, data mappings) Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and data quality improvements Contribute to long‑term platform strategy and roadmap planning QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree, preferably in relevant field 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in asset or investment management Strong hands‑on experience with Charles River Development (OMS/PMS) Solid understanding of front‑to‑back investment management workflows Advanced SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Experience supporting critical production systems in a permanent role Preferred Qualifications Experience with Eagle (PACE, Accounting, or Data Management) Exposure to multi‑asset strategies (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives) Experience with system upgrades, platform migrations, or major enhancements Familiarity with market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv) Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments WHY JOIN Permanent role with long‑term ownership of critical investment platforms Opportunity to work closely with front‑office users Dynamic environment with room for career growth and skill development High‑impact role supporting core asset management operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
