iebel Developer Location: Toronto - Hybrid – 3 days onsite Contract Duration: June 29, 2026 – June 29, 2027 - 12 Months duration up to two years Rate: $85–$100/hour We are currently seeking a Siebel Developer to support Advisor Compensation systems within a large enterprise technology environment. This opportunity is in the approval stages, and we are open to reviewing both intermediate and senior level candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, supporting business critical applications, and contributing to ongoing system enhancements in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities • Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain Advisor Compensation applications • Provide production support, application monitoring, tuning, and issue remediation • Participate in incident monitoring rotations and support activities • Troubleshoot application issues and implement permanent fixes and enhancements • Develop and execute test plans to support application quality and stability • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders on system improvements • Maintain development best practices and technical documentation • Provide consulting and technical guidance to project teams • Support continuous improvement initiatives across applications and processes • Participate in occasional after hours and weekend support when required Qualifications • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience • Strong experience with Siebel development and support • Knowledge of software design methodologies and documentation tools • Experience with software requirements analysis and application design principles • Experience with quality assurance and application testing practices • Exposure to job scheduling and file transfer tools is considered an asset • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and within team environments • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills • Understanding of technology project methodologies, processes, and best practices Send your resume if you are an expert in Siebel development we love to hear from you
