About the Opportunity Support the Brand Marketing Manager across various campaigns in North America to build brand awareness at the B2B and B2C levels and drive sales via various digital and traditional marketing channels. Partner with external agencies to plan and implement B2B and B2C campaigns, overseeing tactical execution. Develop and manage B2B marketing materials (e.g., catalogues, brochures, booklets) while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including graphics and visual materials, to support campaign objectives and enhance brand messaging. Utilize marketing monitoring platforms, campaign data, and market research to refine targeting and segmentation strategies for the target market. Plan, execute, and evaluate account-based marketing initiatives focused on category growth and promoting STA brands. Oversee the invoicing process for STA programs. Support the sales team in developing materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows, and events. About You A Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in Business or Marketing 2+ years of business experience with emphasis on knowledge and insight management within a top tier auto or packaged goods/consumer products environment. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva. Comfortable across the Microsoft Office Suite – Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required. Results-driven and proactive in suggesting innovative ideas. Proven brand marketing experience with a strong understanding of creative implementation and brand consistency. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software. Exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs and trends and pivot quickly as priorities change. Proficiency in project management tools (ie. Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp etc.) is highly preferred and familiarity with these platforms is an asset Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive working cross functionally.
