What You’ll Be Cooking Up Develop new food products based on briefs—and give existing favourites a tasty upgrade. Create and refine application recipes to bring out the best in both new and current products. Keep your finger on the pulse by exploring latest food trends, ingredients, and market innovations. Whip up prototypes for customers, delivering within tight timelines (and making them look—and taste—amazing). Evaluate new ingredients and decide what’s worth adding to the next big creation. Take part in food tastings and sensory evaluations (yes, tasting is part of the job). Maintain clear and organised documentation for costing, formulations, and product development records. Collaborate with different teams to support the launch of new and improved products. Jump into ad-hoc projects and exciting challenges as they come your way.
