Role Summary Senior Consultant, Risk Advisory Services – responsible for delivering risk advisory engagements, including internal audit, SOX 404 / NI 52-019 assessments, enterprise risk management and business process improvement. Responsibilities Work on a variety of engagements such as Internal Audit, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting Assessments (SOX 404 / NI 52-019), enterprise risk management, and business process enhancement/re‑design. Collaborate with managers & engagement team members to plan and coordinate project execution from initiation to completion. Build positive working relationships with clients and identify improvements for future assignments while ensuring high‑quality client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork and informing managers of engagement status. Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. Review, document, evaluate, and test business processes and internal controls across a wide range of environments and industries. Maintain a proactive, logical approach to information gathering and present complex ideas in clear communications. Ensure high‑quality client service through daily progress updates to managers and staff. Qualifications Completed or actively pursuing a professional designation (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.). 2–3 years of professional experience in risk advisory or internal audit, with preference for candidates with specific SOX 404 / NI 52-019 experience assessing design and operating effectiveness of controls and completing key risk & control matrices (KRCMs). Strong understanding of internal control environments and enterprise risk management frameworks. Ability to diagnose project issues, build solutions, and draft impactful client communications. Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills. Compensation The expected range of compensation for this role is $68,000 – $104,000 annually.
