As Treasury Manager at Fidelity Clearing Canada, you will: work a flexible hybrid schedule; hold current work authorization for Canada; and deliver treasury services to our Broker Dealer and Portfolio Manager clients while overseeing the company’s cash and financial assets.What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will manage and review FCC’s treasury activities to ensure funds are used efficiently to support business goals and strategy.Daily Liquidity and Treasury Risk ManagementExperience using Kyriba Treasury Management System for payments and cash managementPerform start‑of‑day and end‑of‑day cash balancing with banks and depositoriesPartner with FCC Settlements to understand cash requirements for margin collateral supporting securities (CDS & DTC) and options (CDCC)Assess funding needs by executing currency swaps and secured funding trades in coordination with the trading deskManage foreign currency activity across brokerage accountsMonitor compliance with treasury policies, including counterparty limits and short‑term investment guidelinesTreasury OperationsMaintain interest rates for clients on individual accountsCoordinate monthly IB interest sharing, review for accuracy, and post resultsEnsure accurate interest calculations for debit and credit balances for interest runsWork with foreign banks, FCC Banking, FCC Trading and FCC settlementsRespond to client requests for information on account interest ratesRecalculate interest and troubleshoot client requests related to brokerage accountsAssist in opening and maintenance of FCC’s external bank accountsTreasury Financial ReportingAutomate and streamline reporting processes; work with Technology and Operations to design and implement analytics that support liquidity oversightPerform ad‑hoc analysis on capital, liquidity, and funding scenariosApply continuous improvement by reviewing recent activity to enhance daily funding and forecastingWork with banks and internal teams to ensure accuracyForecast cash flows and brokerage account deposit behaviorSupport internal and external audits by providing required informationCollaborate with FCC teams and clients to forecast daily, weekly, and monthly cash flowsPrepare monthly interest reportsWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years of experience with exposure to liquidity and funding measurement and management, capital management, treasury markets, collateral management, business process improvement, and financial reportingUnderstanding of domestic/international financial markets and banking & broker/dealer regulatory environmentsWorking knowledge of trading and settlement systemsExperience using DataphileExperience using KyribaExperience and understanding of liquidity and funding principles, market and credit risk management practices, financial instruments, and trading products operationsThe Expertise You BringAbility to understand and analyze complex financial products and transactions (e.g., derivatives, secured financing, structured products, fixed income)Strong analytical and data skills, with experience in tools such as SQL, VBA, Python and Power BICash deposit knowledgeAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, stay flexible, and reprioritize when neededStrong relationship management skills with a client‑focused mindsetTotal Rewards That Reflect Your Impact We believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
