Job Overview We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Accident Benefits (AB) department. This role manages inbound and outbound calls related to Accident Benefits exposures within an automobile claim. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, documenting claims information to initiate the claims process. Coordinate and explain the claims process and available coverages clearly and concisely. Identify potential exposures and prepare recommendations for the handling adjuster. Assign claims to appropriate adjusters in the AB departments. Sell and connect claimants with preferred clinics. Qualifications Minimum one (1) year customer‑service experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Computer literate and able to work in a paper‑less environment. Team player with strong working relationships. High attention to detail, ability to multitask and complete data entry. No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada. Strong resourcefulness, autonomy, commitment to self‑development, and willingness to pursue CIP designation.
