About This TeamThis role partners with P&C Centers of Excellence (e.g. Health & Wealth, People Practices and Compliance teams), Process Design Consultants, Technology teams & peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people. This is achieved through the delivery of recurring program work, projects, system/process enhancements, data quality and reporting through our HRIS system and supporting technology solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesAct as technical P&C subject matter expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery for Workday, specifically within core and advanced compensation setup (incl. intake, analysis, prioritization, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting and implementation)Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of our year-end and mid-year compensation cycles in Workday.Field & direct requests from cross functional partners for new or changed digital enhancements through our formalized intake process to ensure alignment with our strategic goals for prioritizationTranslate business requirements into functional requirements and influence requirements to reflect Workday capabilitiesConduct root cause analysis and research to provide solution recommendations to peers and stakeholdersPartner with People Technology teams to configure solution, ensuring compliance with relevant HR program/policy/proceduresCreate and maintain systems configuration requirement documents pertaining to new or changing functionalityCommunicate cross-pillar dependencies to P&C Systems Manager, Scrum Leads, peer Functional Analysts & IT People Systems team to mitigate risks in downstream systemsCreate and update knowledge base articles, job aids and training materials to support change management stemming from system or process changesReport creation and regular data audits to mitigate data quality issues in our core system of recordIdentify people systems optimization opportunities (data, process, functionality)Vendor management activities such as ticket escalation, reproducing system errors and support maintenance of issue logCoach and train People Experience Centre team members so that they have the knowledge needed to confidently support the business with ticket requestsSupport P&C partners/stakeholders with training and day to day Q&AResolve ServiceNow/Workday inbox ticket escalations and troubleshoot as neededQualifications3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar)Deep subject matter expertise of advanced compensation configuration in Workday with experience supporting an annual merit, bonus, and/or stock compensation cycleKnowledge of Workday business processes such as onboarding, job changes, request leave of absence, one-time payments, terminationsModerate knowledge of ServiceNow and creation of knowledge-based articlesStrong requirements management skills incl. elicitation, scoping, prioritization, risk/issues managementIdeal candidate has experience working within Jira & ConfluenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience working in both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesExperience identifying, analyzing and resolving issues identified through audits and testing activitiesAbility to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills - both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendorsVery organized, detail oriented, analytical thinkerConfident creating and delivering training and communicationsEnjoys identifying and executing on process improvement strategiesMust HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your lifePossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great resultsCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the sameLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failureFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationshipsIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriouslyAdditional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400-$93,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
