Position Overview The Brand Experience Ambassador (BEA) is responsible for bringing Rennaï’s brand ethos to life through elevated client experiences, strong client engagement, in‑depth product knowledge, sensory storytelling, and the consistent representation of our values and service standards. As a brand experience ambassador, acting as a key point of contact between clients and a portfolio of premium beauty brands across skincare, fragrance, and makeup, you will guide clients through meaningful discovery while delivering exceptional service and commercial performance within our dynamic luxury retail environment.
