The Sales Analyst will lead the sales analytics function for the Retail and Wholesale channels providing advanced insights to guide sales strategy and decision making in support of strategic business objectives. Acting as the subject matter expert for sales reporting, vendor pricing administration and competitive intelligence and building strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders while independently managing complex analytical projects. Responsibilities Generate monthly sales reports (scorecards, MBR) including analysis and insights; complete ad-hoc reports as required. Design and coordinate strategic customer presentations that integrate analytics, marketing intelligence and competitive positioning. Key contributor for preparing presentations for Customer line reviews and annual reviews (e.g. illustrations, pricing, descriptions, sales performance). Lead the management of MOGs and customized builder sell sheets. Manage Customer new item and deal set up forms. Administrative management of price increase submissions and implementation. Analyze wholesaler POS data, translating findings into actionable strategies for channel growth. Translation support on marketing and sales materials and customer communications. Evaluate promotion effectiveness by tracking flyer performance and analyzing brand/category share. Ensure accuracy and consistency in product setup sheets and custom pricing documentation. Other Maintain and optimize sales systems and communication channels, including SSR store assignments and distribution lists. Serve as the primary liaison with IT to resolve POS data issues and enhance reporting infrastructure. Champion continuous improvement in sales reporting processes, leveraging automation and advanced analytics tools. Support the Sales teams with training and report generation as the subject matter expert in sales reporting systems such as Qilckview, and Qlicksense. Required Skills and Knowledge Strong experience with SAP, Qliksense or other BI tools Proven ability to independently manage complex analytical projects and deliver strategic recommendations. Exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives. Proven ability to operate independently and pivot quickly as business requirements shift. Fluency in English and French is an asset.
