This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross‑functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. You’ll Have The Opportunity To Lead end‑to‑end processes for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization. Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership. Configure complex IBP components such as Key Figure calculations, Application Jobs, Time Profiles & Levels, Custom Tables, Attributes, and Cost Models for the Optimizer. Ensure smooth integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and third‑party systems. Collaborate with CI‑DS and integration teams for data exchange and monitoring process flows. Monitor IBP functionalities and recommend updates to support business growth and efficiency. Work closely with business managers and end‑users to define functional requirements. Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of IBP solutions. Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities. Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications, by staying aligned with SAP CoE standards and best practices. Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications. Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams. Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases. Mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and contribute to team capability building. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES University degree or equivalent by experience. Minimum 6 years of hands‑on configuration experience in SAP IBP modules. Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level. Understanding of SAP functional areas (SD, MM, PP). Experience working with third‑party integrations with SAP. Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes. High‑level experience with cutover, go‑live and data migration. Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities. Training and coaching skills to elevate team performance. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional decisions. Proficiency in English (written and oral). Availability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential. This role will require availability on irregular hours.
