Pharmacy Supervisor Position Details Facility: St. Joseph’s Children’s and Women’s Hospital Location: Tampa, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Weekend Work: None On Call: Yes Remote work: None Pharmacy Supervisor Responsibilities Assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing applicable pharmacy department operations and supporting team members. Oversight of pharmacy dispensing processes, operational technology, rules and regulations compliance, recruitment, staffing supervision, orientation, performance reviews, disciplinary action, as well as policy implementation and compliance. Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager(s) and Director(s) to improve the overall efficiency and quality of services provided. Represent the pharmacy on hospital committees, be assigned direct reports as applicable, and assign other duties to best assist the Pharmacy Manager in achieving key results for the department.
