This role leadsbusiness development initiatives, strengthens customer relationships, andoversees operational performance to support long‑term customer retention andmargin growth. Responsibilitiesinclude developing and executing sales strategies to grow the commercialpetroleum, cardlock, and home heating business across Vancouver Island;building and actively managing a sales pipeline with a strong focus on newcustomer acquisition; maintaining and growing relationships with key commercialcustomers while identifying opportunities for expansion; monitoring KPIsincluding sales volume, margins, customer retention, and operationalefficiency; and supporting budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, andfinancial planning for the commercial division.
