Overview Flynn Canada Ltd is searching for a Service Account Manager to join our Calgary team. The role focuses on growing the Service business through building and maintaining relationships, estimating costs, and collaborating with the service manager to manage workload and customer leads. Responsibilities Help grow and build our Service business Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients Communicate with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities Regular follow‑up on quotes and tenders Attend association, industry, and networking events Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on client interests Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner Complete work orders, take‑offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner Conduct presentations virtually Support corporate initiatives and business development objectives QualificationsStrong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced team environment Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business Experience in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD) Clear understanding of contract documents Benefits Competitive wages and benefits Structured bonus plan RRSP matching Vehicle allowance Great environment – Flynn Family Winning Together!
