Job Description: Our client, a leading logistics company, is currently seeking a Controller to lead their finance team. The Controller will oversee financial operations, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership and mentorship. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation. 7+ years of accounting experience, including managerial roles. Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
