Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the establishment Check IDs and ensure that all patrons meet age requirements Maintain order and enforce rules and regulations Handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact Escort unruly patrons out of the establishment Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Requirements Proven experience as a Nightclub Bouncer/Doorman in a similar role in a nightclub setting Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time Knowledge of local leisure laws and regulations regarding alcohol and safety High school diploma or equivalent Job Details Job Type: Part‑time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Shift and schedule: Night shift Work Location: 510 Patricia St, Jasper, AB (In person) Education & Experience Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: Nightclub bouncer/doorman: 1 year (preferred) Language & Certification Language: English (required) Licence/Certification: Nightclub experience (preferred) Benefits Discounted or free food Casual dress On‑site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
