Job Overview In line with FTAI Aviation policy, guidelines and agreed service level agreement(s), the job provides excellent customer support by acting as Supply Chain Representative supporting the various Customer & Engine Managers, FTAI Owned Maintenance Facilities and 3rd Parties (Repair Stations and/or direct Customers) in ensuring an efficient material and component flow both inbound and outbound in order to ensure the timely accomplishment of maintenance and field support for the customer. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact to secure timely and satisfactory achievement of material and component fulfillment requirements covering a wide variety of FTAI Aviation’s maintenance support services Communicate with internal and external customers and operational teams, to build a strong relationship and generate more opportunities where possible. Engage with internal and external operations teams to process incoming requirements, associated purchase and/or sales orders, including working with finance and accounting teams to ensure the transactional integrity and timeliness within the ERP system Liaise actively with the Customer & Engine Managers and interfaces of each business unit to propose recommendations and/or improvements. Monitor the amount of unserviceable components at customer and 3rd Party MRO premises that have not been returned yet for action as necessary Support various teams and customers in ensuring the unserviceable components are sent back according to the agreed times toward FTAI Aviation or directly to vendor facilities Follow-up of open requirements, urgent and past due requests Coordinate & monitor (if necessary) the direct shipment of the part(s) along with the repair order to the designated vendor, report and follow up rectification of deficiencies in customer paperwork or information, monitor correct filing of shipping documents for parts to be sent along with repair at foreign located facilities and inform stakeholders.
