Your Responsibilities You’ll design and implement data integration solutions across CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and internal systems You’ll optimize CRM and analytics environments to improve customer tracking, campaign measurement, and attribution accuracy You’ll support data migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms You’ll collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to integrate new data sources and enhance segmentation, attribution models, scoring, and performance reporting You’ll maintain data quality, governance standards, and documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency You’ll contribute to system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement of integration and MarTech best practices Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools including Marketo, Eloqua, Acoustic, or Dynamics 365 Marketing Strong proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Solid technical skills in SQL, with experience in Python or Java considered an asset Strong understanding of marketing data concepts such as segmentation, attribution, and campaign performance tracking Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills Why Partner with Altis If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
