Manager, Accounting DK)Position Details Responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day activities of financial accounting and accounts receivable areas, including supervision and development of internal staff. Participate in the financial close process, assist in the preparation of financial statements, and completion of various audits. Participate in business initiatives including process improvements, system enhancements, and new product launches.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise month‑end close process and reporting. This includes journal entries, reconciliations for key accounts, and analyzing key financial metrics and monthly variances. Review debt entries prepared by Treasury Management System, as well as subvention revenue recognition which is managed by accounting.Owner of subvention intercompany billing. This includes detailed review of monthly bill to OEM, maintaining trackers, follow‑up of aged items, validations of incentive calculations, coordination with Sales Planning team, and detailed review of related journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist in the development, testing and implementation of system conversions, enhancements and upgrades. Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.Responsible for staff development, mentoring and cross‑training. Work with staff to implement process improvement ideas and expand their business and system knowledge.
